Organization Introduction

Arunodaya Public Welfare Council is a registered non-profit, humanitarian, non-governmental and non-political organization established under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. Since our founding, we have been dedicated to improving the quality of life for rural and tribal communities across Andhra Pradesh.

We believe in inclusive growth and work tirelessly irrespective of caste, religion, gender or social background. Our programs are designed to create lasting, sustainable change through community participation and empowerment.

Our History

From humble beginnings to a growing impact across communities.

2010

Foundation

Arunodaya Public Welfare Council was established by a group of dedicated social workers committed to serving rural and tribal communities in Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh.

2012

Education Initiatives Launched

Started informal education centers in remote villages to provide learning opportunities for children who lacked access to formal schooling.

2014

Health Programs Began

Launched community health awareness programs and organized the first major health camp serving over 500 villagers.

2016

Women Empowerment Programs

Established women self-help groups across multiple villages, providing skill training and micro-finance support for financial independence.

2018

Environmental Initiatives

Launched large-scale tree plantation drives and environmental awareness campaigns across the district.

2020

COVID-19 Relief Work

Provided essential supplies, food distribution and healthcare support to vulnerable communities during the pandemic.

2023

Expanded Reach

Extended programs to over 80 villages with comprehensive initiatives in education, health, livelihood and community development.
